// How we work

Fewer clients, clearer scope.

  • We take on a small number of clients each quarter. Typically 2-4 active engagements at any time.

  • Every engagement starts with a two-week paid architecture sprint. You get a technical spec, cost model, and working prototype. From there you decide whether to continue.

  • We price by scope, not hours. Fixed price for defined work, monthly retainer for ongoing engineering.

  • We do not take healthcare clients requiring HIPAA-compliant infrastructure, or crypto projects.
