VertCode Development Referral Program
1. The offer
Introduce a company to VertCode Development (VCD). If that company becomes a paying client, you earn 10% of the net fees VCD receives from them for work performed in the first three calendar months after the engagement starts.
2. Qualifying introductions
The company must be new to VCD and not already in contact with us or under a proposal. You make the connection directly, for example an email introduction or bringing them to a call. If more than one person refers the same company, the first documented introduction is the one that counts. We confirm every referral in writing before any work begins.
3. What "first three months" means
The three calendar months that start on the engagement start date set out in the client's signed agreement. Fees for work done after that window do not count, even if the client carries on working with us.
4. What the 10% applies to
The net service fees VCD actually receives from the client. It does not include VAT, and it does not include pass-through or third-party costs billed at or near cost, such as model and API usage, cloud and hosting, and software licences. You are paid on money received, not on money invoiced.
5. Minimum and maximum
The program applies to engagements with a total contract value of €15,000 or more. Your total reward per referred client is capped at €5,000.
6. Payment
We pay your share within 14 days of VCD receiving each qualifying client payment, so it may arrive in instalments as the client pays. Payment goes to a valid invoice or the bank details you provide. You are responsible for any tax due on what you receive.
7. When nothing is owed
No reward is due if the company does not sign, does not pay, cancels before paying, or was already known to us. Referring a company you own, control, or are employed by does not qualify.
8. General
This is a referral reward and nothing more. It does not create an agency, partnership, employment, or joint venture, it does not make you a representative of VCD, and you must not present yourself as one or make any promise on our behalf. We can change or end this program at any time, and any change will not affect a referral we have already confirmed in writing. This program is governed by the law of Greece.
