The growth stack, built twice.
We started with game-server analytics processing over a million requests a day — now 3.5M+ across both platforms. We rebuilt Analyse into two products: analyse.net, a web analytics and SEO platform with an AI copilot that reads your real traffic and publishes content that ranks, and games.analyse.net for Minecraft and Hytale server attribution.
One product became two platforms.
Server operators needed attribution they could trust without a BI team. Website owners needed the same — plus SEO that runs on real Search Console data, not blind AI output. Off-the-shelf tools forced teams to stitch together four tabs and still could not answer a plain-language question.
We rebuilt Analyse around that gap: privacy-first event analytics, an MCP-connected AI assistant, and an autonomous content engine — while keeping games.analyse.net as a dedicated vertical for player and revenue attribution at scale.
Two domains, one engineering DNA.
analyse.net — the growth stack
Website analytics with funnels, retention, and cohorts on ClickHouse. Search Console insights surface striking-distance keywords and low-CTR pages. An MCP server lets any AI client query your data; the SEO engine researches, drafts, and publishes posts grounded in your traffic — not generic slop.
games.analyse.net — player attribution
Hostname-based campaign tracking for Minecraft and Hytale. Every join, session, and Tebex purchase tied back to the source that brought the player — with Gemini-powered Q&A over your server data and dashboards operators build without SQL.
Shared platform architecture
Two Next.js monorepos, Prisma on MongoDB, ClickHouse for event analytics, Gemini for the AI layer, Stripe billing, and React Email templates. Built to ship fast, split cleanly when the product vision diverged, and scale without re-architecting.
From game servers to the full growth stack.
Analyse runs in production at 3.5M+ daily requests across analyse.net and games.analyse.net. The web platform ships analytics, an AI copilot, an SEO blog engine, rank tracking, and a Knowledge Base — the tab-fusing growth platform we wished existed when we started.
